Shipping Policy :

1) We provide free shipping for all domestic orders.

2) The standard delivery time is 7 to 8 days, unless otherwise specified.

Return & Exchange Conditions :

We offer a hassle-free 2-day refund or exchange policy.

1) Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

2) Return requests for damaged, empty parcels or wrong products must be raised within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.

3) Please note that any mishandling, improper storage, or deliberate exposure to water, perfumes, or chemicals will void the Return or Exchange, and such claims may not be entertained.

4) For empty parcel or damaged product : To process such claims, the following conditions apply:

• Record and send a 360-degree unboxing video of the product package.
• The video must be a single, continuous recording with no cuts or edits.
• The video should clearly show that the product was damaged at the time of delivery.

5) For Size Issues or Discomfort : If there is a size issue or discomfort, the exchange must be claimed within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.

Return & Exchange Process :

1) Initiation :
 To initiate a replacement or exchange, please contact us via email at care@valasa.in or Call/WhatsApp us at +91-8981110716.

2) Pickup :
 Our logistics partner will schedule a reverse pickup within 3 working days from the day the return request is confirmed.

3) Processing :
We typically receive returned products within 7 days. Your patience is appreciated.

All replacement orders will be created and shipped within 48–72 hours of receiving the returned product at our warehouse.

Once the returned item reaches us, your refund will be initiated in the form of store credit refund (via coupon code) or the chosen mode of refund within 48-72 hours via email or WhatsApp.

If you do not receive your refund initiation update within this timeframe, please contact our team for assistance.

Refund Policy :

In cases where a refund is deemed necessary, the following conditions will apply:

• Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable logistics and commercial charges.
• The final refund amount, after deductions, will be communicated to the customer prior to processing.

Delivery Guarantee :

Our delivery guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions of our courier partners.
Any inconsistency in the recipient’s name, contact details, or address may result in non-delivery of the product.
We recommend verifying all details at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.
